Information we process
MonoSocial processes account details needed to provide the service, including your email address and encrypted authentication data.
When you connect a social media account, we receive the profile identity, permissions, access tokens, and content delivery status supplied by that platform. We also process the captions, media, schedules, and publishing settings you choose to store in MonoSocial.
Google and YouTube data
When you connect YouTube, MonoSocial accesses the channel identity and profile details needed to display the connected channel. With your explicit action, it can upload a Short and its title or read and reply to comments associated with videos managed through your workspace.
MonoSocial stores the connected channel identifier, encrypted OAuth credentials, granted permissions, publishing identifiers and delivery status, and synchronized comments and replies. It does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or sale.
MonoSocial's handling of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
We use this information only to authenticate you, display connected profiles, plan content, publish content you explicitly submit, refresh connection credentials, and report delivery results.
MonoSocial does not sell personal information or use connected account data for advertising.
Storage and service providers
MonoSocial stores application data in managed infrastructure and encrypts social platform credentials before persistence. Data may be processed by hosting and storage providers solely to operate the service.
Retention and control
Connection credentials are retained while a social profile remains connected. Removing the profile deletes the stored provider connection from MonoSocial. You can also revoke MonoSocial from your Google Account permissions at any time.
Uploaded media is removed automatically after two years. Publishing records, provider identifiers, and synchronized comments are retained only as needed to operate the workspace, maintain delivery history, meet security obligations, and resolve delivery issues. Account and data deletion requests can be sent to MonoSocial support.
Third-party platforms
Your use of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other connected services is also governed by each platform's own terms and privacy policy. MonoSocial requests only the permissions needed for the features you choose to use.
Questions and requests
For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact MonoSocial support at frknmnks@gmail.com.
